From 3 pm to 11 pm, join the teams from Palais Royal Restaurant, Nolinski, Brach alongside Chef Adam Bentalha or Philip Chronopoulos and immerse yourself in the thrilling atmosphere of the kitchen. Before the rush, head to the other side of the counter for a dinner break across from the kitchen.
