Brach's Laboratoire Pâtisserie opens its doors from 7 am to 3 pm. The schedule includes discovering, learning, and practicing the baker’s tasks during a typical day behind the scenes of the Brach Pâtisserie, alongside Alexis Beaufils, the right-hand man of Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Share a lunch break with the Pastry Chef at Brach Le Restaurant.
